Within the past week four poker players were arrested in Atlantic City and have been charged with using a computer and cheating devices to commit theft, attempted theft by deception and conspiracy. Steve Forte,  James C. Harrison, Stephen Phillips, and Joseph T. Ingargiola are all currently out on bail.

       These four men supposedly set up a rigged home game in a hotel room at the Borgata. They would entice high stakes players to come play in their games where they had hidden cameras positioned in a way that they could see the players cards. There were also reports of marked cards being used.

       Steve Forte is the author of "Poker Protection - Cheating... and the World of Poker". The content of his book pertains specifically to the awareness and prevention of cheating in home games. It addresses the use of marked cards and cheating crews.

       Be very careful of where you play home games and who you're playing with. If only the cheated had read Steve's book.
