Funding Your Account

All of our banking transactions are securely protected with an encrypted 128-bit SSL protocol. All transactions are processed in US dollars. The minimum deposit is $25 for Neteller, ePassporte, e-gold, Moneybookers, Click2Pay, Visa and MasterCard. The Direct Money Transfer (WU) minimum is $100. We recommend USA Customers to use ePassporte, e-gold or Direct Money Transfer (WU). All of our other processors including Visa and MasterCard do not accept USA customers.

Withdrawing Funds

At PitbullPoker all cash out requests are processed within 48 hours. The minimum withdrawal is $50.

We can fulfill withdrawal requests through Neteller, ePassporte, Moneybookers, Click2Pay and e-gold. These payment services can send you an e-check, paper check and also send you an ATM debit card so you can withdrawal money from your local ATM machine.

Due to recent policy changes made by MasterCard & Visa, we can no longer credit cash outs back to your credit card.

Cash out requests will not be processed until at least 48 hours has passed since your last deposit was made. Requests equal or greater than $3000 will be required to submit a valid form of identification along with a physical/billing address. In special cases, we may require additional information from you before your cash out can be processed.

Transferring Funds

Players may transfer funds to another player automatically! To use this feature, select ‘Transfer Funds’ from the ‘My Home’ pull down menu.

The minimum transfer is $10 and you must leave at least $25 in your account. Only players that have made a real money deposit may transfer funds.

PitbullPoker uses 128-bit SSL data encryption for our processing center and our customer website. We ensure the highest privacy and confidentiality of your data to and from our servers.

Account Security
PitbullPoker accounts may only be accessed with a unique displayname, email, and password. Each player is only allowed one account, and players must register using their true identity. All players are required to provide their complete mailing address and contact information when creating an Account at PitbullPoker. Registering with a false name or mailing address will cause the associated Account to be subject to closure. Random identity checks and other security reviews are done regularly to protect the integrity of our system.

Shuffling Algorithm
PitbullPoker uses a very advanced shuffling algorithm based on seed value that is completely unpredictable by an end user. We cut and shuffle our cards between at least 10 times to ensure it is fully randomized. We only start with a new deck the first time the table is dealt and then reshuffle the same deck in subsequent rounds to further prevent any guessing of deck ordering. Our seed is a 64-bit number ensuring all 4 billion possible deck combinations and we also use values from the server's system resources, the system clock, and the hand number to ensure a purely random seed for each shuffle.
