What do I do to begin playing?
Follow these steps to play poker at PitbullPoker:

1. Fill out the registration form.
Click Here for the registration form or click the banner on the homepage to access the registration form.
2. Click the ‘Click Here to Play’ graphic in the top right of the ‘My Home’ page.
When you click this graphic it will launch the gaming client. If the gaming client does not work, you will need Flash Player.
3. Pick a Game Type/Limit.
The left column of the gaming client contains all the real money and play chip game types/limits that are available. Please note the top buttons that separate real money and play chip types/limits. Select a game type and limit. The available games will display in the center of the page.
4. Pick a Table.
Select the table that you want to join from the center frame in the gaming client. You can select by double clicking your mouse or using the ‘Join Table’ button at the top of the table list. The game will open.
5. Pick a Seat.
Pick the seat that you want at the table by clicking on a ‘Seat Open’ button. Only available seats will display the ‘Seat Open’ button.

That’s it! You will be dealt in the next hand unless you sat in the small blind position, the you will have to wait an additional hand.
Game play buttons will popup for you to post blinds and make game decisions. Click ‘Auto Post Blind’ in the lower left to automatically post your blinds and speed up the game.

Do I need to install any software?
No. PitbullPoker uses a Flash Gaming Client. You do not need to install any software on your computer, just login to your account through the PitbullPoker homepage and launch the flash gaming client by clicking on the ‘Click Here to Play’ graphic.

When I press ‘Click Here to Play’ nothing happens.
This problem is almost always caused by popup blockers. The quickest way to launch the gaming client is to hold down the ‘Ctrl’ key while you press ‘Click Here to Play’. The best way to fix this problem is to allow popups on this page through your popup blocker. If that fails, try doing a page refresh and try again. If a page refresh does not work, logout and log back in to your PitbullPoker account.

This problem is caused by not having Flash Player installed or you are using a very old version. You can install Flash Player for Free by clicking on this link: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/. After you install Flash Player the gaming client will work properly.

This can be due to a firewall that is preventing you from connecting. To see how to resolve this with MS Windows, click on Open a port in the firewall.

Does it cost anything to play at the Play Chip Tables? Do I need to make a deposit?
No deposit is required to play at our play chip tables, all you need to do is register and you can play for free at the play chip tables. It is absolutely free to play at our play chip tables.

How do I make a deposit and play for real money?
In the ‘My Home’ page, you will see a red ‘Cashier’ button on the right side of the page. Click the ‘Cashier’ button and you will go to the cashier page. Click the ‘Deposit’ button. The deposit screen has many deposit options. The best option for deposits and cashouts is using echecks through Citadel or Nexum Financial. The money comes directly from your bank account. When you cashout, we can also direct deposit your money back into your account through Nexum Financial. Now that you have real money deposited, you can play at the real money tables. Good Luck!

How do I cash out?
In the ‘My Home’ page, you will see a red ‘Cashier’ button on the right side of the page. Click the ‘Cashier’ button and you will go to the cashier page. Click the ‘Cash Out’ button. Enter the amount that you want to cashout and select how you want to be paid out.
